The name of my organization is A Purpose by Design and for the last ten years I have conducted a retreat for young women between the ages of 13-17. Due to COVID, our organization had to pivot into the virtual world. I wanted to create a learning environment full of energy and expectation. I was searching for a black female DJ and someone recommended Dreana. Dreana and I spoke 3-4 times over the phone and to this day we have not met face to face. We will never forget the atmosphere she created for us virtually. She ran with our vision and we felt like she knew us. She took our vision seriously and eased our minds. I have never conducted a virtual retreat and I fully understand that it takes someone special to create excitement and energy over a laptop. She completely gets it!
