Please make check payable to Dreana Johnson. The retainer is 'Non-Refundable'. The services are provided 'AS-IS' and the total liability of 3 Snapz (Dreana Johnson) and all affiliates under this agreement for damages, regardless of the form of action, shall be limited to and SHALL NOT IN ANY EVENT EXCEED the amount paid by client to 3 Snapz (Dreana Johnson) hereunder. 3 Snapz (Dreana Johnson) will arrive and perform in proper attire. If cancellation occurs prior to event; client will forfeit entire balance to 3 Snapz (Dreana Johnson) as liquidated damages. If the location and or date of venue are changed, 3 Snapz (Dreana Johnson) reserves the right to adjust contract/price as necessary. 3Snapz (Dreana Johnson) will arrive on time and prepared for event. 3 Snapz (Dreana Johnson) is not responsible for any natural disasters, traffic, any actions by guests at the event or other circumstances outside of reasonable control, before or during the event, which could lead to the disruption or complete halt to the event. Client cannot make changes to Planning forms, Event Timelines, or Music Request lists, within 1 week of event without first contacting 3 Snapz (Dreana Johnson). This contract contains the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter of this contract, and supersedes all prior negotiations, agreements and understandings with respect thereto. Changes may be made only with 3 Snapz (Dreana Johnson) written consent. A $50.00 late fee will be applied if final payment is received after the due date.
